We purchased a breakfast only plan and were very happy with this choice. The hotel is clean, service is the usual. The highlights of this property are snorkeling from shore at the private hotel beach and the pool. The snorkeling was incredible right in front of the hotel and south. Don't miss the underwater Mayan temple south of the pier. It's a half mile walk from the hotel to the amazing restaurants on Calle 3.

My initial review of this hotel was not good but it eventually grew on me. We paid for a “partial ocean view” room and king bed through hotels.com but there really wasn’t a view at all from the second floor, anonlyconfas the website adver. It was a waste of an upgrade so I wouldn’t recommend The bellman realized we weren’t happy with the arrangement and told the manager. We appreciated that he immediately came over and offered another accommodation. He was very gracious to offered us a courtesy upgrade, to a slightly bigger room w/pool view. We would have loved an ocean view but It was obscured by lots of trees and buildings. This hotel caters to divers so it sucked for those of us left behind. The “beach“ area was under construction and roped off, so we couldn’t even lounge there. We flew a long way to be at the beach so I was upset that appreciated to know that ahead of time but aside from the inconveniences, the service at this hotel was impecable. Everyone was truly nice and super accommodating. The drinks were well pour and reasonably priced. Our stay came with a full breakfast and they had a good selection of eggs, waffles, hot cakes, fruit, yogurt and juices. The dining area Was also neat and clean. Cristian (group services) was Awesome and was a pleasure to meet. He was up beat, friendly and very attentive To our needs. By the end of our trip, the hotel grew on me.

We rented a vehicle through y'all because our plane got delayed we were not able to pick it up till the next day instead of letting us pick it up the next day you took our money and when we did book again you lied to us about the insurance we will be posting reviews on all our travel sites that we go through to let people know how horrible y'all are two people that get flights delayed

Had great time on 5day trip. The whole staff was great and the entertainment crew at the pool was great. The $2.00 to $2.50 mixed drinks at the bars can’t be beat. Only downside were the bathers are in need of a facelift. Everybody in the group complained about the firm beds but I thought they were great. For the price this resort can’t be beat. P.S. almost forgot to mention the breakfast was the bomb.

Super friendly staff and clean facitlities. Although there were some little issues here and there like our room door lock didn't work properly = annoying if one can't get in the room and has to swipe the chip card around 30 times before the door finally opens. Other than that, all good.

We have stayed here 4 times and have always enjoyed ourselves. The staff is very friendly. It is walking distance to town. Largest pool on the island.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Would have really liked to have had a small fridge in the room. The ice buckets are thin plastic and the ice melts really fast so we would have to go to the bar to get ice often. And we threw away leftovers because there was no place for them. Also WiFi in the rooms would be great.
