Very nice staff

The staff was nice.The Area was perfect if you like night life. Short drive/walk from a train station. Will definitely stay again. Only issue is that housekeeping didn’t change my sheets for my next night stay.

Every person we came into contact with at the front desk, Keosha, Ruby and Betty were VERY attentive to our needs. A real THANK YOU to Maecella for a clean and well cared for breakfast room. Our one bedroom only had a single lamp (on order) and there was only a single office chair to have dinner in our room. Two nights before leaving we were told that we could have a chair from the breakfast room.

This place does not honor Expedia confirmed reservations, They say they don’t have to honor third party reservations. I had to make a reservation by airport. I got reservation at Comfort Inn and pre paid on Expedia ap. Expedia sent confirmation but Comfort inn said Expedia declined it. I then had to pay hotel directly .Please cancel AM Ex charge $1500. It was convenient for food, entertainment and proximity to airport. Breakfast was decent. Hallway and room had a funny smell. Bought a candle at the target across the street. Other than that hotel was good for the price.

Very conveniently located and easy to get to downtown ATL. Free parking was a plus as the center city hotels charge a fortune. Overall the hotel was in average condition and could use some renovation. Still, the price was not outrageous and it served its purpose.

Great but disappointed due to hot tub availability

The breakfast was very good and a wide selection of items to choose from. I had booked this hotel mainly for the hot tub, it should be listed as a seasonal item that won’t be open year round because I was highly disappointed as a mother in single parent mode for 6 months and was fully looking forward to relaxing. If guests don’t choose to go outside if it’s chilly to use a hot tub, it should be up to them.

I got there and the check in lady was nice enough. I didn’t sleep in the bed since we only used the hotel room to get ready for a concert but when we came back and I was fixing to shower I noticed hairs all over what was supposed to be the clean towels. Long dark hairs and then some pubes on the wash clothes. Everything else was pretty clean but ugh hair is so disgusting. I probably wouldn’t stay the night here but at least I didn’t see any bugs…

Internet access was not the best. Our sink was backwashing someone else hair but it couldn’t get fixed until the next morning, the safe wasn’t working after we reported it but they never came to fix it. The pool was dirty and no towels on site. We never got our room cleaned and we had to go downstairs to collect towels.
