방 상태는 그럭저럭 엘베가 굉장히 느림. 직원매우불친절. 예약이 없다며 니 폰으로 한국 호텔스닷컴에 전화, 확인하라함. 쳌아웃때도 열쇠 주고 세금내고 끝. 조식난장판. 음식부족. 중국인 위주의 식단. 중국인 단체손님 위주. 테이블 모자라고 매우 시끄러움. 조식때 자전거 타고 다니는 아이 있었음. 말리는 직원없음. 방 배치가 11자 일렬로 나열된 모양. 한쪽면에 위치한 방들은 새벽 1시까지 인도 나이트클럽의 노래방 음악소리에 시달려야 함. 굉장히 큰소리. 둘째날에 스태프에게 연락했는데(리뷰중에 호텔 매니저의 사과내용 있음)모른척. 다시 연락 주겠다고 하고 연락 없음.
This hotel is located near Komtar tower, but there are plenty of other hotels around the same area. The condition of the room was okay, although unbelievably hot water comes out sometimes irregularly while you are having a shower. There are three elevators and one of them is always out of order and they are ridiculously slow. The noisy and small restaurant is always crowded with people and kids riding bicycles between tables but no staffs refrain it. There was a staff who was very unkind and rude. I had a bad experience of booking through hotels.com, and she said she couldn't find my booking and asked me to phone hotels.com Korean branch with my cellphone. When I checked out I couldn't hear any staff saying 'How was your stay?', or 'Have a nice day.' Staffs were unhelpful, 'taxi' was the only their answer as a transportation. Rooms placed one side of the building are facing a nightclub and they play loud music until 1 a.m. and when I complained they pretended they don't know anything about it although there's a complaining review with the hotel manager's apology.
