테르미니역에서 가깝습니다. 야경을 보고 싶었는데, 루프탑 오픈이 안되어 있고, 잠겨 있어서 보지 못했습니다. 잠깐 로마에 들렀다 갈 경우에는 좋지만, 몇 일 머무른다면 베네치아광장쪽으로 숙소를 알아보시는 것이 훨씬 좋습니다.

Reception sooooo Kind And Best!!

Unfortunately we did not like the tiny bathroom on the 4th floor where our room was located. The room had a nice view. We asked for a different room twice. The rooms we were offered were far worse. We ended up in a room on the first floor without a view and noise from the backyard. The room was a total downgrade. The breakfast was not good.

The room itself was very good, the staff at checkin and checkout were also very good. My only issue was the staff at your adjoining snack bar/bar. I found the staff at this bar to be rude and unaccommodating. My friend and I went there on a couple of occasions and the service never got any better. Our server was rude and disrespectful, almost as if we were intruding. I hate to believe it was because of her age (young) but I can’t put my finger on any other reason, she was horrible.
