The staff told us that the air conditioner was barely leaking on the floor and for us to not turn it down too low under 60. We never took the air conditioner below 69 and every day five or six times a day i had to clean the water up off the floor from the puddles that was in front of it. This morning I woke up and our entire room was flooded with two inches of water destroying several of my boxes and my personal items. I explained to the front desk what happened and they told us to either pay $80 or get out for the next day instead of trying to accommodate me or fix the situation at all. During cleaning up the water I pull the refrigerator and the electrical surge protector is laying in a puddle of water on the floor connected to another surge protector as well as several cords plugged in. Management sent an older lady to put blocks under the front of it. She took off the facing and the entire unit is nothing but black mold. The staff was horrible the management is horrible I have roaches in my belongings now because there was ROACHES EVERYWHERE. It's a horrible place to stay I would never recommend this to my dog. The better Business Bureau is definitely getting a complaint from me as well as three or four other guests about this place. They are called slumlords. STOP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY.

Dislocation is my halfway point whenever I leave North Carolina and head toward southern New York. The people at the front desk do a nice job checking me in and getting me a comfortable room. Can't say enough about them keep up the good work

Had an issue with the booking and didnt realize The app had booked me for The week before I actually needed the trip to be. Did not realize the issue and trying to talk to Hotels.com and also the management of the property, they refuse to accommodate or refund the mistake, therefore i wound up going through my bank to refund it. I know this place was not busy to begin with from the last time I was there, so thereโs no reason why they couldnโt change the booking being that the hotel wouldnโt have lost any profit, Although the last time I stayed there, it was not an Impressive booking in general. The room was not exactly the cleanest and they were in the middle of โโremodelingโ. This is a no-go for me. I go ti wv often, but refuse to book this place again.

I took a long drive to my destination. I completed what I needed to complete. I met with a friend before I started my drive back. This is always a good stopping point after a long day. The person at the desk is friendly even though it is late at night. The room is clean. The TV works well with many channels. I get a good night's rest and can complete my drive back.
