스테이브리지 스위트 애틀랜타 - 벅헤드, IHG 호텔

Me and my girlfriend went for Valentine’s Day weekend and stayed 3 nights. Everything was up to standards, the rooms are very spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful, and polite.. The price was high but at the same time very affordable for the location it’s in. It’s very convenient to restaurants and majority of Atlanta main attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend every one to stay here when visiting Atlanta.

Great location; best hotel breakfast I have had during COVID; friendly staff

Great property- comfortable stay. The gentleman who prepared the continental breakfast could not have been nicer, pleasure to talk to. However, the front desk staff, especially upon checkin, was unfriendly and boarder line rude.

Overall the property was in a good location nice free parking like the idea of parking on the third level walking straight in. it was nice but there was lights out On the upper level parking. a little dark at the entrance. Also did have a smell of possibly smoke from either cigarettes or other. Also closet door in my room was off track so that was a little annoying and water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low.

Loved the parking undercover right at the hotel. However, our car was broken into and the hotel did NOT have security cameras?

The room was great. Breakfast was exceptional. But, there was some cleanliness issues in the room. There were greasy handprints on the headboard which painted quite the picture of what had previously happened in that bad. And then there was a large area on the front of the dresser draws that had a tan, crusty substance. I just tried to ignore those things as I was tired and had no energy to move rooms. If they would pay a little more attention to cleaning, I would have rated the entire hotel 5 stars.

Centrally located, friendly staff, clean, free parking.

They have paid great attention to detail in continuing to offer services, such as housekeeping, in a safe way. The breakfast offering was better than I've seen at other hotels in the last few months

My stay there was no hot water in the room and I had to stay two days without hot water because they didn't have another room for me

Easy check in, we had prepaid on Hotels.com....rate was good...free wifi and free parking right outside the door was the most important factor in our stay. Full kitchen and totally clean. Bed was a king and super comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.
