I experienced several issues with my room that impacted my stay. The noise level was quite high and earplugs weren't sufficient to block it out. The bathroom had mold and felt dirty overall. The walls throughout the room need attention - the paint is chipping and requires a fresh coat.
I was surprised to find no water available in my room, not even for the coffee machine. There wasn't a water fountain anywhere in the hotel, and when I asked about purchasing water, I was directed to the closest CVS. The windows were very dirty, and I noticed dust accumulated in every corner of the room.
I do want to emphasize that the location is great, and the reception staff were absolutely lovely - the lady who checked me in was the kindest and most helpful person. This feedback is purely about the property condition, not the service.
My main concern is that I paid a high rate per night, which set much higher expectations for the room quality. At this price point, I felt disappointed with what I received and honestly feel a bit ripped off. Had I paid a cheaper rate, I wouldn't have had the same level of concerns about these maintenance issues.
