Hotel room does not look anything like pictures. Extremely outdated. There was a hole in the wall and cigarette holes in the sheets.

We stopped here on our way to Texas for vacation it was really clean and comfortable the service was great too , there was construction work going on for the roadway out front and the highway but it was very quiet there which was surprising due to all the equipment running, very glad we chose this place

The beds are good. The rooms were good. The hotel clerk was absent for questions. The morning breakfast was very good. Parking was good. I wasnt overly impressed. But it worked.

AC didn't cool on a hot/humid day. Mini fridge didn't work. Room had a very strong marijuana smell!

I recently booked a stay at the Best Western in Jacksonville, Arkansas through Expedia and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room I was given was a smoking room, which I expected to have a smell, and I was willing to deal with that due to limited room availability. However, the condition of the room was unacceptable.
The bed sheets had visible stains, the shower had orange-brown buildup around the edges, and the toilet appeared unclean. One of the lights in the room didnโt work, the smoke detector was disconnected with exposed wires, and the peephole was covered with toilet paper from the insideโclearly not a safe or welcoming setup.
I addressed these concerns with the front desk, and the staff member I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. He offered a refund without hesitation, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the refund process has been difficult due to poor communication between Expedia and Best Western.
Because of how unclean the room was, I ended up leaving and booking another hotel. While the staff was kind and professional, the overall experience was disappointing and I would not stay at this location again.

Room had been updated, but had a stale/smoky smell. The bathroom was clean, but the exhaust fan was hanging partially out of the wall and was filthy. Bed was OK, but not great. Breakfast was typical for the brand.

They charged me twice plus a $100 deposit. Tv didnโt work and they wouldnโt come fix it. Horrible service from the front desk. Only good service was the cleaning lady. She was fabulous

Good value for the price. Good location. Paid for a Jacuzzi tub, but the Jacuzzi part didnโt work definitely would stay again when the pools are open with the easy access from patio door to pool.

Well when I went to my room people were hanging out, outside. I went into my room and could not shut the door every time I shut the door it wouldnโt latch to stay closed. I tried to use the security lock it wouldnโt lock. I called the front desk the person who answered said someone would be there in 1 hour unfortunately after one hour, I had to call the desk again. Finally, somebody showed up and told me I had to lift up on the door to make it stay closed, but the security lock still did not work. I donโt think Iโll be staying at this hotel again and I would not recommend it.
