It was a good hotel for a quick overnight stay. It definitely needs some upgrades. One complaite was that the bath tub would not drain and the beds were a bit small.

Carpet is a mess and needs vacuumed. Clerk didn’t know how to give us a key when we got there, had to wait for a key. This motel needs about $2m invested to make it up to a comfortable standard, then they need to vacuum the rooms!

It is what it is. A cheap inn/hotel. It was fine but not for families. It was just me passing through looking for something simple. It didn’t have a bed comforter though and while when I checked in I likely could’ve got one I couldn’t later on. Some broken trim and it’s old but did the trick

Spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere

Very old run down hotel, needs major updates and service was horrible. Beds were not serviced entire stay and towels were not changed out half the time. Breakfast was super limited and gone before 9 each morning.

A lot of effort has gone into maintaining or maybe renewing this hotel. The carpet in the hall looks a little old and dusty (not worn, though), but the rooms are fine: well-appointed, clean, comfortable, with modern locks. The desk clerk is extremely helpful, for helping with the room's features or locating a restaurant for this rural center. The only problem we encountered is the a/c which is one of those add-on wall units with no thermostat, so on a warm day we nearly froze ourselves by turning the unit on before going out for several hours.

Keep on driving!

I cannot begin to document our terrible experience at this hotel. I just wish we would have taken the lose & slept in our car, since sleep never happened for the 6 hours be sat in the room. We have been traveling for 30 years & have never had this experience. It should not be operating as a hotel at this time. Nor should it be listed on hotels.com.

Nothing Unique, and at first did not feel safe. Rooms dirty, old, trash overflow in the breakfast area....staff was not very professional...seemed everyone smoked and cigarette butts everywhere..But they were friendly....But the place needs some "real work" Would not reccomend to anyone, and would never stay there again. When I went to check out, the person at the front desk, could ot even hold their head up and was like nonfunctioning., hung over??.very unprofessional

There is a bed in the room. TV didn't work, called right away. They couldn't fix it 3 hoirs later they said sorry. Coffee maker in room had no cups, or the container to put the coffee in to make it. Funky smell and extremely muggy in the room. Breakfast was make your own waffle and coffee with no cups. No safety lock inside off toom, we moved a chair in front of door. Ice machine doesn't work. You've been warned, stay at your own risk.

The 1 time I should have trusted the previous reviews! Unpon arrival, no one at front desk so we called the number and the portable phone was sitting right there, no one even had it. We ended up calling the complaints only number just to get someone in FL! Finally someone came out, we were tired so willing to let that go. Headed down the hall and the smell in the halls was so bad we couldn't even figure out what it was! Finally made it to our room and it was FREEZING, there was no heat on in the room, it was 29° outside. I was over it all and we left. Of course no one at front desk so we just left out card. And now the hotel doesn't want to refund us our money back!! Stop yourself, do NOT stay here!!

Literally the filthiest room I have ever seen

I booked this room for my 85 year old mother to help her make it to an out of town church meeting. To give her a treat I booked the whirlpool room for her at this hotel. Come to find out these rooms require a 100 deposit and a 600 additional payment if anything goes wrong. My mom asked for one without a whirlpool as this made her nervous. They put her in a room in the basement (not the first floor). Neither the front or back door locked in her room. It appears the back door had been forced open at one point. There was no blanket. Just 3 sheets that she folded over to keep warm. There was debris on the floor, food in the fridge and garbage in the trash can. Mom was worried that the bedding wasn't clean as it was all wrinkled. There was repeated police activity in the parking lot. She wanted to leave but it was late and worried about finding a different room. She was told by the clerk that the housekeeper had quit during the week. The clerk's main objective seemed to be to convert her to Christianity. He finally stopped when she said she already was one. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE.
