It’s very convenient close to the science centre. There’s a massive El Corte Inglés in front and a shopping centre too. Lots of restaurants. The cleaning staff make up your room lovely. Reception staff friendly. The breakfast was plentiful but it got busy at times. Would have preferred a pot of coffee than going to the machine. Scrambled eggs were a little runny. I would stay here again.

Really nice modern hotel, cool vibe etc. Great room, very clean, spacious shower, big tv...all what you would expect. The roof terrace was a good spot with lovely views, could be smartened up a bit though. Perfect location, if not having breakfast then just down the road is Mi Dulce Vida with a big breakfast menu and also great value. Also on the other side of the road from Arts & Sciences is massive shopping centre with a Carrefour for stocking up on food / drink. Is less of a trek to the beach on foot too. Just the best location really. Will go again for sure !

I have been a fan of INNside for many years. The place offers a "hip" setting and doesnt skimp on the linens. You sheet will be crisp. Your pillows will be heavy and fluffy. Your towels will be ansorbent and cozy at the same time! Service is A++ doesn't skip a beat! Yoh can even purchase some gifts that will give you extra "cool factor" standing with even the choosiest recipients. Just book it already! You won't be sorry.

Asked about parking - had to park in shopping centre car park accross the toad begore checkin. Told you can park outside for free only if you get a space. Car would get towed if left in shopping centre car park. Then he said it would be better if you used our hotel parking !!!! Really !!!!! Pool Bar closed at 8pm no other bar to get a drink. Wont return sorry let down for a Melia Hotel

Everything was wonderful until we where waiting for our taxi in the lobby today at 11:30 am and I took a napkin from the bar and this lady came running and ask in a not so friendly voice if we wanted order something to drink and I said no thank you. The bottom line is that your company should never hire that kind of people.

Really Disappointed

It was the unbelievable how the level of service dropped in 3 weeks time. I’ve been staying at the oceanic for 15 years. I would stay there the night before my flights back to New York. There was a renovation that was done, it was visually beautiful but I found that the staff was snippy and felt bothered by questions. The food was horrible and while yes I could’ve gone out to eat - I was not feeling well and there was a heat wave. I have to say there was a young hotel clerk that was helpful and sweet when I checked in. My husband and I stayed July 15, and I came back August 4. The change in atmosphere was big. And I will not be returning to this hotel that I used to love so much
