It was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good with nice views. Used the pool once. Only thing I didn't like was the amount of stairs to climb and we got lost a couple of times getting to our room initially but eventualy got used to it.

The hotel itself is excellent, with the exception of a single staff guy at the front desk. There is an excellent supermarket/restaurant across the street (Pepito) and a excellent, cheap massage place up the road (Dragonfly Spa). However, there is one big downside. The Nusa Dua area and hotel itself do not allow you to take a Grab (which is Uber for Asia). There is a taxi mafia in Nusa Dua and a guy camped-out directly across from the hotel who will harass you and wave-away the driver if you do call a Grab. The hotel staff will side with the taxi-mafia guy instead of you, the guest. I found this to be completely unacceptable.

Comfortable resort but aging. Breakfast great overlooking the beach. The beach not really swim able. Staff extremely friendly and helpful though front desk a bit slow and inefficient. A good supermarket and money changer opposite. Not much in walking distance, need to use taxi. Wifi slow.

Had a great experience staying here. Very friendly and helpful staff.
