I love this place but a I have to admit it is starting to show it's age. Needs an uplift, fresh paint, replace cracked walkways etc. Upgrade WiFi and TV service! But the combination of reasonable price with fantastic location, nice rooms and excellent service is hard to beat.

Second time I have stayed here, staff are always polite and friendly. Good range of choice for breakfast and not far from the beach and Bangla Road.

%Everything was OK, But nothing special. Had problems with Wi-Fi a few times. Breakfast was good all the same except a few dishes which was just enough to make the variety good but 90% of the time salt or pepper was empty. Location is the best part of this hotel.

Service was exceptional, staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Mattress topper to make the Bed softer, showers to use after checkout before our evening flight. I checked in the day before my birthday, and it was a last minute booking, literally booked at 1 that afternoon and checked in at 2 ( mess up with other booking made through ‘bookings.com’ ), room was ready, Staff buzzed around and quickly put extra bed in room for my son when we arrived, was done within a few minutes. Next day they surprised me with birthday card and fruit platter, so lovely! Exceptional breakfast, fabulous location, rooms a little tired but essentially clean and functional, all things considered excellent value ! Highly recommend this place!
