The hotel was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the desserts in the evening were a nice touch. We would definitely go back again and again.

The hotel is ideally located for our plans to go to Sight & Sound Theater and Silver Dollar City. Everything is clean, breakfast is nice. I left something behind in the hotel room and when I called them two weeks later when I realized it was missing, they had it in their lost and found. Kind and hospitable staff.

Friendly. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice location out of the way but easily accessible to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Always an excellent stay at Savannah House. One worker Sunday morning put a mark on our stay. I understand they have a job to do but she was on the rude side in both encounters I had with her. If you’re going to work at a hotel with lots of different types of personalities, your attitude shouldn’t be snippy no matter what you’re doing, even putting the breakfast servers back for the umpteenth time. I’m positive the hotel knows who this person is. All other employees were more than helpful and cheerful. Don’t let this one bad egg mar your reputation.
