A lovely hotel with excellent facilities and food.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean however desperately needs some renovation. The restaurant food was not very good, was very bland and all cooked in the same vegetable oil. It would have been nice to have some more local dishes served at the buffet.

A last minute 3 night break. Hotel v clean, comfy spacious rooms though only one plug to charge phones. Aircon string though we didn't need on Feb. The staff were friendly. We liked the top floor sunbathing area though no cafe there. Disliked the fact that half the pool area was always in shade and likewise our balcony had no shade. Worst part was breakfast. Vvv poor quality and choice for a 4 star. Tasteless. Crazy busy environment and drinks all from machines, saucers often run out, few napkins and no cutlery on the table.V unrelaxing experience. Staff busy working hard but based on this experience wouldn't return to this hotel. Maybe evening meals were better. Mainly catering for Brits with egg n chips etc. Disappointing for the level/ star of hotel. Advertised full service spa on hotels.com that stated full service spa. Was not free and required switching off. Unsure if the hotels.com agency website misrepresented the fanabe hotel info but that was a reason we booked. Disliked paying ten euros for a hotel towel though the 5.95 euro pina colada cocktail was a joke. Small plastic cup ( fine at the pool) but no fruit or umbrella. Awful value!
