Our daughter moved to the area and we were here to help her shop and get settled. Hotel was near many many stores and restaurants. Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was the hottest water I’ve ever felt out of a shower spout!

We had a great stay. However I would suggest having a policy of no kids in the pool after 9. We have stayed in numerous motels through the years and only one had this policy. Why every motel doesn't is beyond me. It is not unrealistic and makes a world of an improved experience.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the furnishings in the room was woren. The room was smaller than other places I've stayed. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay additional money after I showed up to check in. Took them ten seconds to withdraw from my account but told me it'll be 3 to 5 days to get it back.

We try a different use Hilton as our go to for stays on our trips. But yet again, Hilton dropped the ball here, and hard. First off, they are renovating the hotel rooms by removing all of the jetted tubs. They are also renovating the pool and hit tub, which meant they were closed until further notice. None of this was disclosed until check inand ONLY because we asked what the hours were for the pool and hot tub.

Loud and No Rooms? Really

The hotel was at capacity and they told me at check-in that there were no more rooms. They found me one after I said, "what do you mean, I reserved a room. " My room was the least desirable area of the hotel. On the back side of the kitchen area and bar. I could hear all of that... As well as the dog-approved area of the hotel where there was a friendly dog that just simply wanted to go outside at 5am.

I really don't like that this survey is addressed to my son who did not stay at the Garden Hilton. Nor did he pay for it. I booked the room, stayed in the room, and paid for my stay. Less than cheerful friendly staff, on-site restaurant and bar closed, hot tub broke, pool heater broke, no vending in posted vending areas, looked like dirt thrown on our room walls, trim coming off wall, broke cabinet door, USB port didn’t work. Paid $335 for our room for 1 night for wedding anniversary and it was extremely disappointing and will not return or recommend.

My daughter and I stayed here for our annual Christmas shopping trip. For the price and the Hilton brand name, I expecting a lot more. The lobby is very nice though! Poor lighting in room, no pen or paper to make notes, room was not cleaned when we got back in the evening, very small trash can so it was overflowing. The beds were comfortable but the floor felt and looked like it needed a good cleaning. There were no towel racks to hang your hand towel except a bar below the sink.They don’t offer free breakfasts. Very disappointed!

Nice Lobby - very worn out rooms

The hotel itself seemed nice, the lobby was clean and updated. However the rooms are very worn. The computers were down when we were checking in so not only did we have to wait an hour to check in we never got room keys! The front desk staff had to walk us to our room. Then only one elevator was working so it took longer to get to and from our floor. Getting off on our floor the smell was not the best, the carpet was stained and extremely worn out. Our room was missing the sheets and blanket for the pullout sofa. And there were stains on the sofa cushions. The bathroom was ok, but the shower had cracks in the floor and the handle for the water was loose so it wouldn’t stay in place. Overall it was fine for one night, but we won’t be returning until major updates and cleaning is done.
