After booking the hotel, I sent an email to make a reservation or get some information about parking lot, but did't get any answer from hotel.
After arriving at the hotel at dawn without receiving the answer, I asked about the parking lot, and just recevied the answer that "You can find a parking door on the left before crossing the bridge." i was trying to find a parking door about 30minutes but couldnt find it. so i visited reception again, and I showed a Google map and asked again, but the answer was "Find a place where it says "bowling"." If I am working at a hotel, then I would have shown a map and explained the exact location.
When I checked in, I showed a European identity card, but receptionist asked to us a passport for checking our identity. it was really embarrassed.(had to explain that Europeans could stay in other European countries with EU Identity card...without a passport. )
At the time of the check-in, receiptionist introduced us to a building on the other side of the assigned room, so we had wander for over 20minutes but couldn't find....
backed to receiption and receiptionist introduced to us correct builiding....
It was a very tired check.
Receptionist seem to need more training.
The hotel condition and breakfast were wonderful.
