Communication with the team was very poor, though one member, Vicky, was helpful.
The unit was not restocked with toilet paper from the previous stay, resulting in an unpleasant situation where I had to wait over an hour for a single roll. The unit also had a strong curry odor, requiring us to use Febreze and keep the windows open for three days to air it out. Additionally, the walls showed signs of decay, adding to the unit’s overall neglected condition.
I had paid for a parking stall, but it was taken by someone else, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the staff failed to accommodate or address the situation in a timely manner. The team seemed very unorganized and difficult to deal with.
