A man who is reception staff was so nice and kind. I want to tell him appreciate during our stay. He always gave me a hand when I need some help. I'm a Korean girl with parents. Please tell him I was grateful for his help. REALLY. BUT. A woman when I met in Check-in was Rude. That woman was in the picture at hotels.com. Even though I saw a picture of my room(triple room), she gave me a really poor room and ignore my request abour higher floor. And she lied to me that there are triple rooms at only 1floor. That room I was given is totally different with the picture and really poor. So I requested change the room and the guy changed my room. I felt she didn't respect me and don't know why. Maybe Asian? A girl? :((( please, Be kind to Asians, travelers, or whoever.. Thanks to reception guy.

처음 체크인하고 들어갔을때 화장실 바닥이랑 욕조에 머리카락이 꽤 많이 있어서 좀 불쾌했어요 근데 위치가 꽤 좋아서 여행하는동안 불편함이 없었고 안전에도 좋았습니다 방은 굉장히 넓고 침대도 편해서 좋았어요!

My room had no window. It had French doors that opened onto a roof, which I wasn't sure I was allowed to open. There was a lot of dust under the bed and on the wall paper on the wall. There was a big bottle of water with sliced fruits like lemons etc in the water which was lovely but half the time I was there, there were no glasses to use or the bottle was dry and this is located right in front of the receptionist. The room was very noisy. As soon as someone flushes a toilet or has a shower on the floor above, the water passes through my walls going down. There were other dull tapping noises in the walls. This had nothing to do with workmen as there were no work men in my vicinity. Other than that I felt safe enough, staff were very friendly and hotel is very close to all one needs.

The hotel is in renovation, so for sure the overall conditions could improve, but for now, i give it a max of 2*
