The hotel seems to have been a more upscale hotel in the past so some fixtures show this but it is noticeable that it is not the same currently. My room did not have a window, i did not know this before arriving. But I was not going to be there for long. The staff was helpful, we had a small fridge and a safe in the room, the bathroom was ample and there is transportation nearby. The best part is the location; it is very close to everything in Amsterdam.

Pænt og nyt. Men svært med parkering. Lidt hård seng og hård pude, svært at få en ny mindre blød ved personalet, blev mindet om flere gange. Blev vækket ved midnat af personalet, bankede på, tog fejl af værelses nummer.. Der kan ikke luftes ud på værelset, intet vindue. Larm fra aircondition og når folk er i bad kan det rørene høres.

Notre chambre était très petite, pas de rangement, les serviettes avaient une odeur désagréable, un des réceptionnistes d'origine étrangère n'a pas pu me renseigner, il a fallu que j'attende le lendemain pour pouvoir avoir mon information. Le stationnement est très compliqué, aucun information donnée par l'hôtel pour avertir des contraintes. Malgré notre carte européenne de stationnement PMR, personne n'a été capable de me donner une information fiable, la conséquence en a été que nous avons été verbalisés. La propreté est médiocre, la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé correctement.

Top hotel. We zitten er elke week en de Marokkaanse dame achter de receptie is aardig, recht voor z’n raap en helpt ons Yasmin en JP altijd keurig. Ik kom er terug totdat wij ons huis krijgen opgeleverd! Tot snel weer.

Some construction at the time but not a big problem. Elevator was a bit moody. Breakfast was delicious but not always very hot. The staff were amazing and the location was great! A great deal.

Il y avait des punaises de lits, ils nous on dis qu’ils allaient nous faire un geste commercial et depuis qu’on est rentrée ils sont injoignables, on a du passer par une plateforme pour les avoir et même après ça ils disent qu’ils refusent de nous rembourser. Le premier jour où on est arrivé, on a dû les voir plusieurs fois car il y avais pas de chauffage dans notre chambre

The room was deffo neglected, we booked a large standard double. The room had no window and the air conditioning fan heating wasn’t working. We asked receptionists and she said a small print says no daylight! We was given a small heater to warm up the room, only provided with one pillow each. The room was also alongside building work which just the curtain to a window looked out too. The room contained a large bed and only a rack to put clothes on. there was no hanging for clothes provided. Two cups of coffee with 1 sachet each provided.

Stay was pleasant unfortunately the air condition unit wasn't working in our room and when we reported it, nothing was done. We were supposedly meant to get a mini heater but no one dropped one off. Also no apology for the inconvenience or compensation. We had booked 2 rooms and just didn't make sense why we paid the same for both rooms even though the facilities weren't the same. Also view from out room was disappointing as I'm assuming building work was happening so it was just a working site. I would've ideally loved the option to change room with a working air con unit, also we arrived at midday and we couldn't check in unless we paid extra ££ even though the room was ready. Overall the hotel was just okay, don't think I'll stay here again though.

I booked this particular room because it had two beds but when I arrived it was one full bed. So I had to share a bed with my friend. Apparently according to the front desk it The bed separates and that part is up to the guest to do. If I was able to separate it, then one bed would be without sheets and the other bed would have oversized sheets.. just be aware of this if you see it online when booking. The bathroom floors are marble so be careful when getting out the shower very slippery! The breakfast was prices at $15 one day and $19 the next. Free coffee one day and not the next. Seemed like we were being scammed or nickel and dime depending on who was working! The walls are very thin, heard a lady crying in the next room. Loud noises I believe from the toilets flushing it woke me up in the middle of the night! I wouldn’t book again!

The hotel room was average no kettle no cups no rail for the pathetic built in wardrobe. All grand in the hallways but the rooms dont match the hotel. The manager is the most argumentative arrogant person ive ever met very rude to people thinks hes gods gift. If you fancy a good argument and a rubbish room feel free
