Amazing!! This hotel always tick all boxes. Nice smaller resort with no kids, friendly and efficient staff. Right on the beach, what more can I say.

The location of the Hotel is great and the staff was amazing. The buffet was good but more variety would've been nice for those staying more than a couple of days. Really lovely views.

Let’s start with the positive. I could walk 30 meters out the door and arrive at the doorstep of the most wonderful massage place (that was dirt cheap). The bar and wait staff were wonderful which was a sharp contrast with the hotel manager. Food at the restaurant was great and you could walk out of your room straight to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, and the cleaning staff was also very pleasant. They always greeted me! Now, cons. I must not have researched my trip enough because there’s some sort of unspoken pool rule that a measly towel can hold your pool chair for hours. They literally posted signs that people couldn’t “claim” their seats with towels until 7am & people would be waiting at 6:59. I kid you not. I learned this the hard way when I accidentally took someone’s chair not realizing that it was “marked.” It was my fault and I own it, but it was still embarrassing & the pool staff stood idly by and offered zero help. Additionally, the end of my trip was completely ruined by the hotel manager with the perma fake smile. I checked out early & reserved my transport, paid my bill, and told them I’d come back when it was time for the car. I thought I was all paid up. But no, when I came back the manager informed me I needed to pay another 1600 baht for my transport which is an outrageous amount, plus they’d led me to believe I’d paid up. The way it was handled seemed shady/bad business-next time, I’ll take a cab. Soured an otherwise pretty good Thai exp.
