Nice hotel, almost boutique (which is not common in Cozumel), good food, nice pool, amazing view. Only matter: the jacuzzi was not working

We were welcomed by Jesus the bellman who was very personable and always called us by our names. The front desk was quick and pleasant. The only bad thing was the weather. Hurricane Zeta took away a day from the fun. The hotel personnel too very good care and made us feel safe. All went very smoothly.

I have been staying at Hotel B for several years now. Mostly solo, occasionally a friend will join me. This hotel is not luxury, but it's really nice! The rooms are really the only thing that are not excellent. And it's only little things. None of them bother me, but I could see some people being irritated. The beds are not super soft and comfortable. I have some back issues and I don't seem to have much of a problem though (I usually stay over a week) I just need extra pillows. There are some cracks in the tiles and things...I do not care about this! It does not inhibit the use of the facilities. And there is no outlet close to the beds. I started bringing an extension cord and it solves my problem. You cannot beat the value at this hotel! The view is breathtaking. The newly built-on areas are incredibly nice, as well as all the original areas. (There are 2 pools) one is reserved for adults only I believe. The food is pretty good, not much traditional Mexican selection, but good food nonetheless. The food and drink prices are very reasonable for a hotel. There is not a real beach, you are right on the rock edge. There is a small man made beach. And multiple ways to enter the ocean for snorkeling and swimming. So bottom line... this is a 3.5 star hotel, a boutique hotel. Not a luxury resort. But it is absolutely beautiful. They have a new portion called Hotel B Unique and the rooms are nicer and upgraded, if you plan on spending alot of time in your room check it out.

Excellent grounds, meaning beach access and pools. Hotel staff very friendly. We had a great time.

Very friendly service. Beaitiful view, well taken care of hotel. Did not get room i requested 7 months in advance. Pool music was too loud to talk and techno music 90% of the time.

Love the recent upgrades. We stay here each time we come to Cozumel.

After staying here, money was missing from both my wife’s and my own wallets that were in the safe in the hotel room.

This is a relatively small resort with outstanding staff and a calm & quiet ambiance. This is not an all-inclusive resort; only breakfast is included.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall experience very pleasing. Only thing I wish was different is the jacuzzi heater to work.

Beautiful room, great snorkelling, pool and spa with sunset view of ocean, gorgeous. Restaurant service VERY slow, unfortunately. Thai restaurant in Unique B Cozumel not very good, overpriced. But overall a very good stay!
