Disappointed

The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The a/c kept shutting off making it hot in the room during the night. We had a cricket chirping and couldn’t find it. It sounded like it was under the a/c. It woke us up all thru the night.

Booked lots of rooms for family coming in for the weekend for my daughter’s wedding and everything about our stay was wonderful! We have always enjoyed the Hampton in Siloam Springs. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is amazingly quick. The only thing that is a little disappointing was the room was very dated and well used. The bathroom was very nice with the walk in shower and great towels. Breakfast was a bit underrated for a Hampton. Loved having coffee available all day.

Great service, Friendly Staff, But Flintstone bed

Front desk employees were amazing. Parking was good. I could not get the a/c to adjust to my preferred temperature and the beds were hard as a rock. I am figuring out this seems to be the norm for Hampton Inn’s. I am a side sleeper and would not recommend Hampton Inn if you are a side sleeper and want a comfortable bed.

The room was spacious and clean with plenty of personal products and linens. The breakfast was awesome. Whatever type of breakfast you might want, they had it. I will be going to this area once a month for the next 6 months at least and this will be where I will stay.

Outdated

Marlenia was very friendly and super helpful with finding restaurants around town. It was nice having the popcorn available in the afternoon. My only complaint is that the hotel needs to move up to the 21st century. There were no mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms and no USB outlets near the beds to recharge your phone as you slept. Otherwise a clean and comfortable hotel.

Did not appreciate the pet friendly advertisement I saw only to be greeted by a pet owner hostile 75 dollar fee tacked on my bill just so the pet could enter the room!!!! I understand if the pet messes things up but come on!

Cold and Sticky Stay

The HVAC did not work. The thermostat did not work. We tried every combination and it only got colder. Outside temp dropped to the 20's, inside temp dropped to 66. We are in our seventies and this was terrible. Yes we could have changed rooms probably but we had already unpacked and thought it would just take an hour or so for the temp to stabilize, but it never did. Also, the bathroom floor was sticky. When you walked on it with your shoes, it gave that sticky crunchy sound like someone spilled soda on it and never cleaned it up very good. We would have liked a small fridge and microwave. We have special diets and bring our own food. the free breakfast has very few gluten free choices. Luckily it was cold outside so I stored all of our food in the car which kept it cold. Also on the breakfast bar, everything had peppers or spices on it. I could have eaten the omelets but they had too many peppers and other spices.

Never stay at the hampton.

Worse place to stay. We got no room service when I called front desk around 3 pm the next morning I was told housekeeping was gone, they would put us in the list for the following day. The following day we were due to ck out !!! , if I wanted towls I had to come down to the desk from 3rd floor. When I asked about our trash they told me bring it down an they would take care of it. So I bought trash bags an bagged it an took it out myself...The coffee pot was dirty. The toilet water ran the whole time we were there 2 nights. On the 2nd night around 9 pm someone was trying to break into the room next to us room 313..repeatedly ....slamming the door so hard our bed shook had to call front desk to come up... the next morning we saw it was housekeeping that tried to break into that room. We were there because my brother was dying an wasnt able to move to another motel an couldn't get our money back . Didnt have the money to go anywhere else as we came down to Arkansas from out of state to see my brother! Will Never stay at hilton or hampton again..
