I was not happy with the place at all. They put me, a single white female, in the 'closed for season' section of the hotel, alone, in a room with no heat and dead flies on the windowsill. When I asked to be moved I was told, 'well, we can try'. I ended up not staying at all. When I demanded a refund they refused. I had to call hotels.com who gave me a $100 credit for somewhere else. Even the pool and hot tub, which the website said were open, were not. The pool was dirty and the hot tub boarded up DO NOT STAY HERE DURING THE WINTER.

Room seemed to not be checked out to anyone for awhile it seems. Bad service for how dead it was due to the fact they seem to have huge party’s

Comfortable rooms, nice heated pool area and friendly service! Wifi could have been better and the continental breakfast buffet was understaffed with not enough hot food for our group, but my guess is they aren't used to that many people staying there at once.

terrible! I paid for a room thatI didn't book. hotel could not help me because I paid through hotel. com! i should be refunded! Due to hotel being booked out, I had no other choice, the roomI was in wad dirty with dirty bed linen! Only one person that was working the counter must have been working in the laundry department too! Breakfast was awful! Hotel stated that if I booked through them I would be refunded! Who can help me here????
