Overall it was great 8 night stay. Hotel is less than ten minutes away from the airport, which was nice. Rooms are on the small side, but super clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool area is not overly busy and pretty quiet, which I appreciated. There is a food truck and bar by the pool, as well. If the beach is your preference, it's only a five minute walk. I was also appreciative with the staff's support in printing off documents when my passport went missing - took a little bit of the stress off. Overall - I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if I'm back in Mallorca.

Close to the beach. Geat food selection. Parking was easy to find Only improvement needed, staff should know how to communicate better, air conditioning blowing warm air even turn the termostat to the lowest setting. When asked the front desk theybsaid will chk next day. Slept thru warm air first night. Next day they told us Centralized air is not available as it is still on winter schedule and instructed us to set to 22"c. That solved the issue. Overall its been good experince.

The staff at reception are very friendly and helping. cleaning the rooms done everyday but not complete. they do not change towels automaticlay which should happen in 4 start hotel. also they do not wash the cups. it is not standard cleanup in 4 star hotel.the cooling system was good. the pool is very small but clean. breakfast had a good price and good. the dinner I have tries once and it was not good in my opinion. I can say in average it was not bad.

Fint hotel med gode forhold. Dog er det utrolig dårligt lydisoleret mellem værelserne, det problem blandet med larmende tyskere uden respek er en utroligt dårlige kombination. Til trods for det er ( Adults only ) så har jeg været på hoteller med børnefamilier som ikke larmende i nærheden af det her. Trods flere klager om den støjende adfærd formåede personalet ikke at ændre på noget.

Une déception de voir le sauna fermé alors qu’on l’avait choisi partiellement pour ça... il fallait l’indiquer sur la page de réservation! On a eu une chambre dans le bâtiment annexe, très honnêtement pas tres confort. Assez basique et ancien comme au niveau des équipements. Sinon, il est vrai que cet hotel bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, à qlqs minutes à pieds de la mer, et il n’est pas très difficile de se garer à 2-3 minutes. Le petit déj est également garni. Grosso modo, experience très moyenne pour un 4 étoiles à 200euros la nuit !

I stayed here last year as a solo traveler and absolutely loved it but this year was totally different. 2 of my best friends had surprised me being there when I'd got there which made me so happy. I'd booked Tuesday until Sunday and my friends left on the Friday morning. We had a great time start but as the week went on it started to fill with very loud groups men which if I'd been alone would have been very intimidating for me. Noise and loud music at 02.00 in the morning where security were called. Totally different from last year to the point I not sure I will be returning solo or with others.
