Pleasant little hotel which is looking a little unloved in places. Needs some decorating. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. We chose not to eat in hotel as dining area was small and dark. Excellent location.

It needs refurbishing. Our toilet controls were falling out of the wall, there was rust and discoloring in the shower, the rooms were quite small. Perhaps the room size met the 3 star criteria but the room shape lost usable space. Definitely a 2 star experience at 3 star prices.

Great location but common areas especially in need of spruce up - chipped paint, worn rugs, tired decor. Bedroom was compact, as expected, with a good bed and nice linens. Bathroom was up a narrow spiral staircase - ok for the under 60 traveler unless large, tall, or prone to getting up in the night. There was a feeling of chintzyness - coffee provided for first morning only, no replenishing of toiletries or tissue. Bathroom was clean but washcloths were dingy. A mixed bag overall. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel room (Superior) overlook courtyard (nice for breakfast) and is quiet, room could use renovating, especially the rug, would be better with laminate or tile. Bathroom is good, small but efficient....Nice to have a kettle in room, but they did not replace the coffee we used the first night ;o(. One nite stand was loose and when I placed a cup of coffee on it slid off adding to the rugs stains, so sorry...Excellent staff....would recommend and will return...
