호텔 몬테로사 - 아스토텔

Very nice hotel nestled in a quite neighborhood yet convenient, steps away from metro/bus, walking distance to local tourism sites. staff are super friendly, Louise was providing detailed guidance on how to get to places abd Maria was always making Sure We feel comfortable during our stay. Snacks and drinks from 2-2 is so heartwarming after a day touring Paris! We would definately come back!

Well located hotel in an area full of bars and restaurants. The room was of a good size for Paris with a kettle with tea & coffee, free soft drinks and snacks available from the lobby and many cable channels in various languages. Comfortable bed. Sound insulation not so good, I could hear doors banging & water flushing from time to time (not very early or very late) and needed earplug to sleep due to the noise from the street (traffic & people talking), which I think was due to a badly closing window or defective double-glazing.

Easy access to the metro but in a very quite area.

We got to Hotel Monterosa pretty late and we were welcomed by Idir at the Reception desk. Idir was very attentive, informative, courteous, accommodating, helpful and welcoming. We were the last guest to check in that night, and we spent almost an hour at check-in talking and having fun with Idir. He gave us great advice as far as places to see, things to do and how to get around. He knew us so well, what we needed. Others personnel who were very helpful at the desk were Louis and German, Everyone was so nice and courteous. The room size was as expected, but very clean and comfortable. Our refrigerator was constantly re-stocked after every cleaning. We were pleased with the ability to eat the snacks and drinks offered by the hotel to all their guests in all the Astotel hotels. Joyce Hotel was right across the street and they were also nice and ready to help. Location wise, great location. Close to bus stops and subways. Less than 1/2 kilometer to Galeries Lafayette where we did a lot of shopping, less than 1/2 kilometer from Moulin Rouge and Sacre Couer. This hotel is highly recommended from my stand point.
