Could not get a more perfect location! Right off the Gran Via and close to many local bars and restaurants. Rooms are nothing special, but do the trick! Staff was excellent and welcoming.

It was horrible experience overall. There were ants in the room, one of the staffs was very unfriendly and it is very close to the Gran Via but it is in the prostitution alley, so it is not for a family trip.

Very recommendable
very friendly staff, sometimes noisy during night (new supplies for Primark ..), excellent location, can walk everywhere, supermarket nearby, can fully recommend
