Quirky apartment but much smaller than on picture. Sofa in lounge which was used as a bed was very hard

I would have given better reviews but we can hear everything from other apartments if people are up partyi for walking around. Even when the cleaning lady was cleaning we could hear and I did complain. Otherwise it was a cute place and in a great location but kind of hard to find at first

Nice to have a lift as we are on the third floor. Spacious apartment with all the necessities. Very close to La Ramblas and the Barcelona Cathedral. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Amazing location right in the heart of La Rambla and Gothic Quarter. Apartment itself had been decorated nicely and generally fitted out well. The beds were small singles which made sleep uncomfortable and the second bedroom was very small with little room for bags. Some might find the lift a little claustrophobic... only room for 2 people without being jammed together. As no dish washer, tea towels need to be provided.

The apartment was clean and close to La Rambla. Plenty of cafes and bars nearby and great for shopping

Horrible place. No sun light. Very old building and stair cases not well maintained. Very small and crowded with furniture and extremely overpriced. We paid $450 per night. This is worth $200 at best because of it's great location.

Our stay was great. We loved the room and the decor inside. Adding on, it was a convenient location since there were a bunch of dinning areas and activities that were walking distance. The only thing that bothered us is that when we arrived after 2:30 we had to walk 15 to 20 minutes through the crowds just to pick up the keys. It was hot and we had to drag the luggages, which ended up hitting a lot of people throughout the walk. I wish the hotel arranged better service for example having a key box for us to self check in it for there to be somebody there after 2:30 to help us get in. Also, the alley that we had to walk in to get to the front door was very shady and it stank and when we got in all we smelt was smoke. Overall, the room was amazing and we loved the fact that the apartment had an elevator.

The apartment is in a brilliant location - right on La Rambla. The place itself was clean and the receptionists were helpful. The only downside is that the receptionists are only there till 2:30pm so if you do not check-in before that, you have to go to a different location (10 mins walk) to get your keys. Other than that, all well.

Do not stay there. We left out luggage with the concierge and they stole money, jewelery and habdbag worth thousands of dollars. Worse, they are telling me it's impossible that the item got stollen and that the cameras are only at the entrance and don't monitor luggages!!! Spain is known for pick pockets but you don't expect to be robbed at your hotel when you leave your luggage!!!

Carlos Loza, the property manager was excellent. We arrived early and left late. He checked us in early, so we could take in the sights. Handled all our luggage, family of 5! Highly recommend.
