Siamo stati bene, sia io e mio marito che le bambine. Il servizio è stato cortese a farci rimanere fino al pomeriggio pagando una piccola somma in piu. Le bambine hanno apprezzato il soppalco come una loro stanza privata 😂💕. Un po' meno positivo il parere sulla stanza, non era come ci aspettavamo dalle foto, alcuni punti erano con la vernice scrostata a terra e il soppalco non precisamente rifinito, come la finestra del bagno scrostata.

Arredamento della stanza da quattro soldi. Colazione scarsa ma con mini cornetti cotti al momento. Simpatica la ragazza che mi ha preparato un caffè (purtroppo cattivo). No parcheggio auto, lo devi cercare con strisce bianche o blu a pagamento. Solo per informazione, gestione cinese e staff straniero.

We had a nice stay here. On the other side of the river from most of the popular sites, but still walkable if you’re wanting to get all your steps in plus some! The breakfast was ok, limited options. Staff and check in process was great!

No problems getting into the property - good communication from the property in advance and responsive to enquiries. Room was well equipped- kettle and fridge, hairdryer, small safe in the roomy wardrobe and room for my case to stand around. TV (no English stations). WiFi . We're all a bit used to fancier bathrooms in even cheap hotel chains and the shower stall in the room could do with a refresh but it was all clean and the shower was good and hot and worked well. It was a room at the front and I felt I had to keep the shutters closed on returning to the room - high ceilings and bright light from above, but table lamp to add coziness. Breakfast starts at 8.30 and is coffee, some sweet cereals, toast and small croissants. And nice to see the small garden courtyard at the back and eat there. Better than always having to go out looking for something, but with early starts for some of the museums I didn’t always wait around for it. I am quite fit and enjoyed my daily walk down to the historic centre, buses do pass quite nearby so that’s an option too. I felt quite safe walking around the area / back at night - eating and drinking options nearby and the streets are well lit. I found, with a robust case, on smooth castors that walking there with luggage was quite do- able and took less than half an hour. Palazzo Oliveto is a very handy, budget accommodation that was exactly what I had hoped for.

Lovely place. Needs some TLC

The hotel was nice, Traditional and quirky. However, the railing for the stairs leading up to the bedroom was dangerous. Because the stairs were quite steep it was needed. Breakfast was good. Great location, bus stop on 1 minute walk away.

There were issues with utilities of some sort so our stay was moved to another property. The Residenza Sant'Anna is the place we stayed. Roomy, breakfast provided, Older and typical of the area. Close to train station and many attractions. Lots of places to eat and drink. Much to see in historical Florence.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with lots of wonderful restaurants and pretty easy access to train stations, attractions, etc. The room was disgusting. It was VERY dirty when we checked in but the bathroom was worse. The shower is molding, the shower and sink have trouble draining, lots of bugs. The corners of the room were full of dirt. The main bed was very uncomfortable. The supports on the bed were out when we checked in. My husband took the mattress off and was able to fix it but they kept popping out of place causing the mattress to sag very badly. The courtyard was a mess. Would not recommend staying here.

The biggest issue was the owner suddenly switching to only WhatsApp without any prior notice when they had been using email exclusively up to check-in. Using repeated email crys for help or the 2 provided contact phone numbets were ignored. Until this owner gets their act together, AVOID AVOID, AVOID

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was a terrible place to stay. The check in process was a nightmare. We had to help another couple check in. There was mold in the shower and it wouldn’t drain correctly. The water never got hot and the bed was dirty. It was not at all how the picture displayed it to be. We got a different hotel the same night because it was disgusting.

Lugar bem simples, conforto médio, Bem Limpo um pouco desorganizado, ficamos sem o café da manhã em um dia, era pra começar as 8:00 mas ninguém chegou até 8:40 e por causa de outros compromissos ficamos sem. Quando chegamos também demoramos pra receber uma resposta pelo whatsapp e poder entrar no quarto. Um pouco difícil para achar lugar para estacionar.
