Hotel was in the middle of a remodel and our room was half way done it seems. Bathroom was atrocious with shower hanger dangling. Pool was also being remodeled and we chose this place due to indoor pool.

White blinds

Everything was nice except for the blinds. They were white without any curtains for the window and the street lights shown into the room. This is an easy fix and I’m not sure why it hasn’t been fixed.

Charged for a room I never stayed in and was manually checked out for a room I never stayed in. When asked for proof of me checking out management and staff didn’t know what to say or do. If you want to be robbed this is the place for you.

Don’t Stay Here if you can help it.

The Hotel used to be nice and has great potential but is a disaster now. #1 both carts for luggage had flat tires making it impossible for me to move all my camera equipment at once meaning 6 trips when 1 could work. The shower was nice but the rail was pulling from the wall and neither end would stay shut so you could not take a full shower without the entire bathroom floor getting soaked. The toilet had a crack in it and it looked as if feces was leaking from it I did not verify if it was feces. The bed at the foot had a screw missing and the box spring so when I sat there to take off my shoes it scratched the back of my heel. I was sitting watching the news had just taken off my shoes and realized something hard under my foot turned out to be 2 small pieces of sausage from a pizza as if the previous tenant had pizza and the mai did not Vacuum. I mentioned all this at check out to two ladies working the desk and they never responded but started a conversation with each other about the shortcomings of the carts when one of the two had a family reunion there. I was very disappointed.
