BYD 로프트 - 부티크 호텔 & 서비스드 아파트먼트

레지던스 형 아파트먼트라 식기도구가 다 갖춰져 있어 매우 편하고 빠통비치나 방라로드 및 쇼핑몰까지 걸어서 15분 내외여서 위치적으로 좋았습니다. 다만 빠통비치 뷰가 전혀보이지 않고 방음이 잘 안되어 옆방 얘기 소리가 잘들려 불편했습니다.

숙박은 굉장히 만족 하였습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절 했고, 숙소도 깨끗하고 현대식이었으며, 건물마다 위치한 레스토랑의 식사도 만족 스러웠습니다. 조식도 매우 만족할만 하며 메인 건물의 레스토랑은 술을 마시기에도 분위기가 좋았습니다. 루프탑에 있는 수영장에서도 수영을 즐겼으며, 가족들도 모두 만족해 했습니다. 숙소에서 조금만 나오면 건너편에 있는 마사지샵도 이용하기 편했고, 바로 앞에 해산물시장이나 환전소, 편의점 등이 있어 이용하기 편했습니다. 택시나 툭툭이도 매우 가까운곳에서 대기중이었고, 건물을 나오면 호텔 직원들이 행선지를 물으며 택시를 불러주기 위한 대기를 하고 있었습니다. 우리가 묵었던 방에 문제가 좀 있었는데, 요청하고 나서 그들의 친절한 서비스에 의해 문제가 해결 되었고, 우리는 더 만족스러운 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다. 다음에 푸켓에 다시 가게 된다면 또 묵고 싶습니다.

A well deserved Ten out of Ten experience. The entire end to end hotel experience was awesome. The BYD Management & Team visible at all times & operates as one complete team; the service is impeccable; the check in and welcome was seamless, the room (layout & offering) pristine; conveniently located to explore Patong on foot - be it Beach; shopping; exploring; Masjid; ... and I can go on. Oh yes, BYD has a smart APP to assist you with your stay - very convenient. When requesting assistance it was always executed well within time & professionalism. I researched a lot of places in Patong as I wanted to find a place to completely relax in for a few days. I'm so glad I chose BYD. The apartment finishes were of a very high standard and the bed was far and away the most comfortable I've slept in during my trips to Thailand. The food - both in the restaurant and for room service - was more expensive than elsewhere but was of a very good standard. The rooftop pool was a lovely space to catch some rays during the day while there's also a small gym and second pool on the ground floor of the second building across the road. A word too about the staff who were incredibly friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. The only negative was something slightly out of their control as there can be very loud vehicles passing by through to 2/3am. If you have the chance I'd recommend a room to the rear of the main building to avoid this. That said, if I return to Phuket I will definitely stay here again.

Great location and value for money. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Accomodation was clean and very stylish.
