Stayed for one night with friends a bit of mix up with booking reference but soon sorted by reception. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Room quite small but price of stay very reasonable for london which also included breakfast. Would definitely recommend

The location is great. But this was the smallest hotel room I had ever been in. El Chapo's prison cell is likely roomier. But I wasn't expecting the Ritz. The price was right and I was only in town for one night so it worked for me. There's a pub just over the road. Go there at 10PM and have a few drinks and you'll fall fast asleep and not care about the tiny room.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I had a 4 night booking and on the 3rd day our toilet stopped working. When i raised this with the hotel their response was that they would look into it the next day and that we would have to use the toilet in the foyer for the remainder of that day and night. There was no offer of a different room, or any form of compensation for the inconvenience of having to go downstairs during the middle of the night each time we needed to use the bathroom. Outside of this the room is extremely small and very noisy from the pub across the road.

Breakfast was seriously bad - hot food was cold on all 4 mornings I had it - coffee bad - juice bad - breakfast room in a basement with no windows. Was woken up throughout the night by strange gurgling noises in the wall behind my head - like I was sleeping next a boiler. There were trolleys and carts and bags lying all over the hotel and every single wall in the room and in the hotel generally was chipped, scuffed and/or marked - desperately needs a coat of paint. Bed was comfy but room was TINY with barely enough space to walk around the double bed. Not worth the money paid.

Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Great price. Love to stay again. Close to metro station.
