Excellent hotel, clean , just what we needed, helpful staff

Lovely stay right through. Went there just before Christmas.

WE really liked the hotel, the only problem was that it was very hot in the room on one night.

Great location. Staffs were nice and very helpful. Rooms were cleans

The staff were very friendly and helpful during stay. Unfortunately, due to a cancelled flight, we were unable to spend very much time here to appreciate the spa, so we only had a chance to experience the hotel side.

Likes: location for site seeing and public transportation, pool, spa, gym, restaurant and bar service Dislikes: slow service at the restaurant, too close to the club therefore, if you did not fall asleep early enough, you will hear the music thumping a few blocks away

Excellent hotel & good value

Good value for price. Room were reasonable priced.

AIr conditioner in our suite was not functioning as it should. Room was very hot. After sweating all day sightseeing was looking forward to having a cool room to relax in but wasn’t the case. Water pressure wasnt great and water would go from hot to cold while in shower. Location was within a 10 min walk to beach but far from city center, although there was a metro station within 5 minutes that took you to city center. Neighborhood of hotel looked deserted at night even in full swing of summer. The hotel spa was a nice treat and refreshing. Spa circuit had a few non functioning features but overall a nice experience. Pool outdoor open late with bar service was nice. Had to ask for extra pillows but pillows and bed was comfortable. Morning cleaning staff would just let themselves in if you didn’t answer door immediately, big privacy issue.

Very friendly staff who provided lots of helpful information on arrival.
