Front desk clerk is VERY rude. If you have ANY questions you are directed to read a large binder. Information regarding accessibility of internet is confusing and unclear. Room small, which is ok nut poor layout. Neighbors from neighboring business are loud. When I first arrived I noticed ear buds on night stand. It became clear why that night.

I don't use a cell phone nor do I carry my lap top, so, for 15 minutes, I tried the find a way to contact your manager for entry to no avail. I paid for the lodging in advance and ask for a refund asap, before I contact an old friend, a lawyer, and pursue a refund through legal means. S. Rosen

The Statthotel was perfect for my overnight stay in Zürich. I arrived late, but there was an efficient automated check-in. The room was small, but very pleasant and contained all I needed.
