Great stay. Wonderful host and great location

We enjoyed our stay and found all staff to be helpful and interested in our satisfaction. The breakfast was good, the location was good and the couple of negatives were minor. It is not a fancy hotel, but had everything we wanted/needed and we would stay again.

Very helpful staff and great location for visiting Via Garibaldi, San Lorenzo, old port. Strange entrance as hotel is on third floor via an antique elevator. Bath was small but adequate. Would stay there again.

The location and helpful, friendly staff are the best aspects of this hotel. The only negative, was the street noise, as our room was on the back side. Other rooms probably won't have that problem. We would gladly stay there again.

Very friendly staff at breakfast room and the reception with good references for restaurants. Breakfast was very good as for 3* Italian hotel with meats, fresh fruit, etc. The drawback is that the hotel is located on the 3rd floor in old house with a tiny elevator (max 2 persons and a suitcase) that operates quite unpredictably, The rooms are located on the fourth floor with stair access only. However the location is very central and convenient.
