Hôtel Madeleine de Senlis was a gem. From helpful staff, a welcoming atmosphere, gorgeous and comfortable rooms and easy access to Paris highlights, this hotel had everything to make us feel at home and our stay in Paris that much more special.

We loved our stay! A super cozy and charming little hotel, with a really great location on the edge of the Latin Quarter. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely pool in the basement and a good, fresh breakfast. Highly recommended - we could easily see ourselves staying at the hotel again the next time we visit Paris.

Fin och god frukost. Trevlig personal. Härlig pooltillgång som var ett extra plus. Rummet var litet men välstädat, fint och hade allt man behövde. Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka. Läget i Quartier Latin är toppen!

Hyggeligt lille hotel men fin pool (32 grader) som man kunne booke 1 time pr. ophold og have den helt for dig selv. Ligger roligt på en mindre vej, men meget tæt på metro Luxembourg, den smukke park Jardin du Luxembourg, seinen og Notre Dame. Vi kommer gerne igen.

We had a wonderful stay in this boutique hotel. Rooms were neat and clean, staff was friendly, and attentive, and the location was great (close to restaurants, cafes and many local attractions. The lovely indoor pool was a pleasure to enjoy after a long day touring the city. There are so many hotels in the city it's overwhelming, but you can't go wrong with the Hotel Madeleine de Senlis!

I have traveled to Paris several times and stayed in hotels. I have never had such an incredibly small room. We barely had room for our luggage and had to climb over it to get to the other side of the room. It was truly ridiculous. Also charged me 15E for a one hour late checkout. Great, helpful staff and good location, but I wouldnt stay here again due to the room size.

Very polite and helpful staff. We travelled with children and were exhausted upon our arrival so we ordered food in. Hermes was extremely helpful and received and sent the food up with cutlery. The pool was stunning. It was right in the centre and clean. 100 percent recommend. 🙂

We loved everything about this place! The pool was in a spa-like cave in the basement. The pool could be reserved for one hour ahead of time or open to all guests between 6-8 pm. The Air conditioning was very cool which was greatly appreciated during the 30 degree weather. The lobby was charming with classic French style. The triple room was great for our small family of 3. The room was small but the bathroom was spacious with a tub and shower. The lift/elevator is tiny but to be expected, for a boutique style French hotel. The staff were all outstanding! We spent time in the lobby having the free coffee and pastries. We did not have the breakfast at the hotel, but it looked like a nice add on if you want to keep your morning easy. As for the location, we loved the Latin Quarter and the proximity to Luxembourg Garden, the Pantheon and Notre Dame. There were many great cafes and small shops nearby. Busses were all there for service, but the metros were a bit far for us travelling with a child. We used cars for hire (taxi and Uber) for going to farther places like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. We were facing street side and heard a little noise from the tavern on the corner on Saturday night otherwise very quiet for our 4 nights stay.

Fantatic hotel in the Latin quarter. Rooms very clean and well-appointed. Staff super helpful and friendly. They had even arranged a harp & carol performance in the lobby for guests, on a couple of nights near to Christmas. Absolutely top notch breakfast, with delicious homemade cakes, museli, bread, salad - as well as usual meats, cheese etc. Eggs cooked on request. Underground pool in atmospheric cellar is small but can be booked to be completely private. Be aware that means you can't just turn up.

This was a lovely boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful. The water machine in the lobby was delightful on hot summer days. They also had a nice lobby coffee machine. My kids and I loved the private pool time, such a nice break from site seeing. Everything was perfect although the metro by the hotel wasn’t functioning and I would have liked a heads up before arriving.

Nydelig hotell, vakker og rolig beliggenhet, super service og bra beliggenhet ved Luxembourgparken. Rent og vakkert hotellrom, litt lite, men veldig sjarmerende. Vi hadde en stor koffert, den klarte vi å ha åpen på gulvet. Lyst rom, to store doble vinduer, fransk balkong. Fint basseng, book en time for dere selv. Vi kommer tilbake neste gang.
