Great location between railway station and Lake Geneva, and reasonably priced for this expensive city. Small but comfortable and clean room and friendly staff. Good breakfast served in our room - a lovely treat.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at in Western Europe. Far more like an Eastern European hostel than a so-called "Three Star" hotel. Staff was courteous, but could do nothing about the heat, misleading pictures, lack of ceiling fan, or overall shabby experience. Avoid, if possible. There are better options--almost anywhere else.

- no socket for re-charging electric devices - feel unsecure to stay - noisy in passageway - the room is very old and worn out - washroom in my room does not have lock

Sam was great , he attended all of our requests

We got in after the front desk folks had already left, but were able to find the keybox and get into the room. For what we paid, it was pretty good.
