Thank you, Hana!
We had a very pleasant experience at the Palette Luxury Mirage Hotel in Jeddah.
We booked two rooms through Hotels.com. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to find that only one room had been confirmed in their system, even though we had been charged for two rooms.
Hana, a staff member at the hotel, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She stayed with us and worked tirelessly with customer service until the issue was resolved. Thanks to her efforts, we were successfully accommodated.
