Je suis globalement très déçu par mon séjour dans cet établissement. Des cafards étaient présents dans la chambre (photos à l’appui), ce qui est inacceptable. Le linge de lit semblait propre, même si certaines serviettes présentaient des taches incrustées, sans que ce soit dramatique. En revanche, le chauffage était moisi à l’intérieur, probablement à cause de l’humidité, et dégageait une odeur très désagréable dans la chambre. Nous avons donc préféré ne pas l’utiliser lorsque nous étions présents. Le sol paraissait propre en apparence, mais en marchant pieds nus ou en chaussettes, celles-ci collaient au sol et se salissaient rapidement, ce qui donne une mauvaise impression sur le niveau réel de propreté. Malgré tout cela, je tiens à souligner que le personnel est vraiment adorable et très agréable, ce qui est le seul point positif de ce séjour. Malheureusement, l’état de la chambre et les problèmes d’hygiène font que je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait de mon expérience.

Unfortunately, there was no elevator at the location preventing access too the second floor. My wife's knee disability prevented her from taking the stairs. There were no more rooms available. However, the manager did authorize a refund for the two remaining nights.

No soaps or shampoos in the toilet. Not even a trashcan in the room. There’s a rundown front desk office which is only open during the business hours.. And the manager lady is extremely rude and condescending.

Overall it was a place to sleep. Not somewhere I will be staying again unless I was literally staying one night. Essentially it is what I would call a long term stay. The one positive was the staff, Kishi?, they were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, but had a funky chemical smell that lasted the whole time we stayed there, as someone sensitive to smell it threw me everytime I came into the room. The floors also have this weird slick sticky film? on the ground. As someone who does not wear shoes indoors (because I'm not tracking in the filth from outside) my socks and feet were black from the floor. Eventually I just bought a pack of wipes to clean my feet before getting in bed. There is no housekeeping (idk if it is listed anywhere but be advised, no new towels, linen, or toiletries). The kitchenette is empty aside from a microwave. There are no supplies, so you must bring your own dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils. It is in an area I wouldn't care to have been in (had I known the area better). Some questionable people around and about but no one really bothered me directly. I however did have my doors double locked at all times and all my valuables were on my person always. Last note, I was told there were no refunds (after staying there 2 nights and having the cops come to the building both nights). I reported feeling unsafe but as it was the holidays I heard nothing back. We only stayed because we already paid, but only to sleep and shower.

My experience from the time that I met the office staff and the room itself has been most triangle and peaceful exactly what I needed. It’s close to some places to eat. There’s a supermarket, not too far up the road not far from the highway. You’re not far from a major gas stations as always, but I recommend this place highly

My Labor Day weekend stay was nice. The pictures on the site are representative of the property. No issues to report the property was quite and for me the location was fine. Close to the airport and shopping.
