Booking through a third party, there were many communication problems. I had brought my dog, and reached out to the property about that fact. They didn't reply. Then, when I reached out about it on the day of arrival, I was immediately asked for my credit card for the pet fee. The person wasn't very friendly, and in fact seemed to put it on me that I should have know that I needed to text some random Maryland number, and offer my credit card.
Note, I don't think this was the property itself. It was more Marriott which runs the property.
The property itself was great overall. I'm planning another trip.
