Truly an amazing hotel in Vienna. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The lobby and lounge area were nicely decorated and actually made you want to chill there. The room was great as well: coffee maker, kettle, and nicely decorated.

The breakfast was excellent, evening meal was limited. Didn’t change the menu in the week same menu for a week. have to ask for milk for the room and teabags and water every day.
Staff are very friendly and do as much as they can with the limited resources for food and drink bar shops at 9 o’clock so you cannot order anything after nine. rooms were clean and presentable every day.

Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Plus, it was conveniently located within walking distance of several great restaurants, with a metro station nearby for easy access.
