Very helpful staff, who instantly checked my room on departure and managed to catch me to return something I had left in my room as I was leaving in the taxi. Also very close to the majority of the Salt Flat tour companies. Excellent breakfast too

New hotel. Convenient location with many restaurant nearby. Staff members are very nice and helpful, especially the front desk's and dinning room's. Room was sizable and extremely clean. Breakfast selections were plenty.

Hotel nuevo, justo como aparece en las fotos, de lo mejorcito que hay en Uyuni. El personal increíble, nos dejaron hacer check in a las 8am, y la salida fue aún mejor, hicimos check out y fuimos al aeropuerto y nuestro vuelo se retrasó 6h.... Volvimos al hotel y nos dejaron muy amablemente tener la habitación de nuevo son coste el tiempo que nos hiciese falta (salimos a las 2pm) sin coste alguno. Increíble, primera vez que veo esto así que solo puedo agradecerles la amabilidad. 100% recomendable este hotel

L'établissement est superbe, très confortable et idéal pour un séjour à Uyuni. Mais ce qui fait la force incroyable de cet hôtel, c'est la qualité de son équipe. Suite à un ajustement administratif nécessaire sur notre réservation, le personnel a fait preuve d'une réactivité et d'une bienveillance hors du commun. Ils se sont montrés d'une disponibilité totale, allant jusqu'à répondre à nos sollicitations au milieu de la nuit (heure locale) pour s'assurer que tout soit parfaitement réglé pour nous. Un tel niveau de professionnalisme, d'honnêteté et de sens du service est extrêmement rare. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! Un immense merci à toute l'équipe.
