Laguna holiday club is a perfect place for a relaxing and unwinding. I love the easy slow pace of he place. the resort has everthing going for it. Only the restaurant food can be a little more vibrant however there are enuf choices around to overcome the gap

The whole Laguna Beach precinct is the classiest in Phuket. The Holiday Club is one of about 6 resorts there and though in comparison is a budget option it is still a great place to stay and a high standard of accommodation and service

Services were excellent, rooms were big and clean with daily cleaning. On call shuttle to bring around the Laguna area and not short but walkable to the small dining places outside.

When checked in, room has cockroaches, dust was hanging on the ceiling, floor was full of dust as well. The person at reception answered the call and said will inform housekeeping to come, but after 20 min still no one arrived, when we called again, she was impolite and said she did her job to inform housekeeping already and it’s none of her business on whether housekeeping arrives or not. I of cos requested to talk to the manager who was very helpful and helped to arrange keep cleaning for the room the day after. Second occasion was when I asked if they have balloons for kids, the receptionist said he will ask the kids club for us and send it to our room if they have any, but he didn’t do so and the next day when I checked with the other receptionists, they know nothing and asked me to go and check with the kids club on my own, when I arrived, the staff said they have balloons and pump, but I have to help myself. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an hotel.

A great place to stay. LHCR is a smaller complex compared to the other hotels which suited us more. Rooms are well maintained and kept very clean. Staff are friendly, food is satisfactory and LHCR is well positioned for the beach and also the town close by. A free shuttle bus is provided. Hope to return 👍
