Bathroom difficult to use re accessing the basin, too little space between door and basin

Breakfast was outstanding, reception staff very helpful, and bed very comfortable. The amenities are very nice. However, elevator was so tiny that it fit only one person and very tightly one piece of luggage. Elevator stops at a landing with stairs to reach the rooms; the stairs are a problem with luggage. Overall, I was happy with my stay there and have recommended it to friends.

Check in was easy. Hotel is very small, we were up one flight of winding stairs. Elevator is available it too is small, but was able to hold one person and 2 bags. Room was small but well appointed. Clean, nice towels, in-room coffee maker, no fridge, working AC, good Wi-fi. Provided breakfast was very good selection of pastry cereal, eggs, meat. Check out was easy. Apart from being small no real complaints other than the price... it was expensive. The neighbourhood is nice with cafes and bars close by, as well as grocery stores. Close to several metro lines which is convenient.

horrible experience. Not handicap accessible. Claustrophobic rooms. Rip off

This was a last minute booking outrageously expensive. The hotels pretends to have 4 stars. Really? Not even a fridge in the room which is standard in North America
