Our stay was great we just had an overnight stay before our cruise. The Hotel was brand new we were the first guest that night of our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was fantastic.

Nice, but things were broken and I got the wrong r

Prepaid for a King. They didn’t have any left when I checked in. Was told ahead of time the safe didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal to me. However the handle in the shower was broken, and the mini fridge wasn’t functioning. (Yes I checked if it was plugged in). Other than that, the staff was very nice.

A new hotel, looks nice and room was lovely and spacious. We had a problem with the shower, it had no pressure at all, when we called about it we were told it was a hotel wide issue they were aware of but we would have to wait until the next morning before they had a technician to come by. Had we’d been told this at check in we would have not checked in. When we went to the front to complain again the next morning they sent someone who found the shower head was clogged with sand. No mention of apologies for not being able to shower the night before. The hotel also charges $15 a night for parking which hotels.com buried in the details instead of including it in the final charges page. It should be listed clearly like the resort fees are before you book the reservation. Disappointed with the lack of transparency.
