Basic hotel

Nice hotel. IT is located in what used to be the city downtown 30 years ago. Heavy traffic. Lack of enough parking. 3 decades ago I guess was not that critical. Close to the sea . Good restaurant and good breakfast. Rooms are dated and need renovation (they are working on that right now by the way) . For business it would be better another location but in my case worked fine. If you have many different people visiting you this is NOT the place. If you out on the street all day long it could be a suitable budget solution.

Our stay was very nice, rooms are a little outdated but clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was outstanding! I would recommend this hotel for sure and will stay there when I visit Guayaquil.
