I found out that usually the surchage and Tax rate for hotels that I searched were abt 18%. I was charged 69%! I asked Hotel.com, they said that sometimes the hotel adds surcharges for extra persons. I said I booked 4 people for a room for 4 persons, why was a surcharged, Hotel.com said that is why they have an invoice breakdown before you press 'BOOK' so I should be more carefull next time. Ok, fair enough, so I should check next time so I don't pay 3 more nights for a non-refundable secret rate which I had been watching for over a week period. I asked the front desk, if I could get an upgrade on my room, to the family suite since I paid Hotel.com more than they charged for the family room upfront, which the manager agreed to.(I think my request was fair, but thank you manager, because I would have really felt like a fool the whole week) Location: Good, near shopping area, and 15 mins walk to the beach. Breakfast: Simple(bread, eggs, noodles soup, sausages/bacon, a couple other dishes and fruit) Clean: was not very clean but it wasn't dirty either. But the pool really needed some cleaning. Service: English level pretty low, I got called at 04:47 for a taxi I didn't ask for. Service is about as much as you pay for, nothing more. Atmosphere: some shouting in the corridors around 04:00 - 04:30 Would I come back? : Nope Where would I prefer? Patong Resort seemed better(considering similar location)

매년 푸켓에 갈때면 이곳에 묵어요 가격대비 괜찮은 리조트예요 리모델링해서 좀더 깔끔해졌더라구요 조식도 그냥 무난하고 위치도 아주 좋고 늘 잘이용하고있어요. 직원들도 친절해요

Nice hotel...but very busy pool small very crowded. Kind of far from beach. Room was clean, staff was friendly, good service.

The room on the fifth floor. One bed was broken. When I turned i fell on the floor. With being 73 years old Absolutely dangerous. No chair or table in the room. Eating with plate on your knees, sitting on the bed or floor. Bathroom window had no Glas. That gave the Moskitos free entree. The balcony was so small no room for a chair. The International breakfast buffet catered only for Russian or Indian. Thats all in a supposed 4star hotel. I don’t know who rates the hotel. This person should stay there. I will not book with Hotels.com ever again.

Hotel room big clean and good service. Location good also
