This hotel was perfect for our short 4 night stay in Mexico City. The place was very clean and modern. Also the staff were very friendly and responsive to all our needs. They even acknowledged my birthday with balloons, wine and a card. We were centrally located, the area was very walkable and easy to catch Ubers to other areas.
Highly recommend booking this place if you like smaller boutique hotels.

This hotel is super welcoming and the guest service is the best. They were able to decorate a room with happy birthday cards and balloons and desserts at the last time. And super helpful on with any questions about the city. Would definitely recommend it and stay here again

Staff friendliness was the best part. I can’t compliment them enough!!! Comfortable bed and good location. Close the most amazing park, tons of restaurants and museums. A little bit of a busy street and sometimes loud but, with windows closed ok. There is no tea kettle in the rooms but, can ask for hot water or use the microwave. Breakfast fruit and yogurt was the best and decent Americano comes with free breakfast. Lattes and cappuccinos extra-charge but worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand-new hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! The service was truly on point—every staff member I encountered was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful, making me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel itself is immaculate, with modern amenities and a fresh, stylish ambiance that adds to the comfort.
The only minor downside was its location by a busy avenue, which made it a bit noisy at times. However, the exceptional service and pristine environment more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and a fresh, modern setting!

My room was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed, with all the little details that make a stay meaningful, comfortable bedding, modern touches, and a calm atmosphere perfect for after exploring the city. The location is also fantastic, quiet enough to relax, yet close to great cafés, culture, and local energy.
The team here doesn’t just operate a hotel, they curate an experience. Warm, intentional, and rooted in community. I already look forward to staying again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish and inviting home base in CDMX.
