We loved staying at Zenses! We were up graded to an oceanfront room. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and spacious and house keeping was very attentive. For a Hotel that just opened they are running a tight ship! We look forward to staying there again! We we loved staying on the north side, very peaceful and loved being close to Bliss Beach. We had a golf cart for half the time, but also used the hotels free ferry back-and-forth to the southside.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean, everything new and with nice touches. Friendly staff and the best swimming pool (for lap swimming) that I've found in the region. Highly recommend.

Sort of away from the hustle of a tourist town. So if you want a party place , take the resort shuttle boat into the town. The North island is new and still developing but beautiful if you like peace and quiet!

Fantastic stay for my birthday!! I absolutely loved everything about this resort! The location was the best of both worlds. The staff was amazing and made my birthday so special. really appreciated my stay at Zenses in Caye Caulker. One of the highlights was the complimentary boat taxi service—it made a huge difference. I preferred staying away from the busier parts of the island, and the boat made it easy and convenient to get around without sacrificing peace and quiet. The property itself was fairly clean and comfortable. However, the food options on-site were quite limited, so I often had to venture out to find meals. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, especially if you’re looking for something a bit more removed from the main hustle of Caye Caulker.

Everything was perfect from beginning to the end! The staff was super friendly, the views are amazing and I’ll definitely be back. They offer a water taxi that to is you in between both islands and it’s included with your stay. Overall 10/10⭐️

New hotel (opened in November 2025), with currently pristine facilities. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Not busy at all but I suspect that this will change once more people find out about it (it’s nicer in person than it looks online). Note that you either have to take a 10 minute taxi boat to Zenses and Blu Zen (resorts on the north island) from the main Caye Caulker town or can borrow hotel bikes to take the short trip ($1 or $2 to cross the water at the Split). I would definitely recommend this little gem of a retreat in the blue waters of Belize! Note: This is adjacent to Blu Zen, so parties could stay at both and still be in very close proximity.

Bathroom Feature: - The powered fading glass between the bathroom and bedroom is an unusual choice. The reasoning behind this design is unclear. Summary While the hotel's staff, room conditions, and amenities are exceptional, the ferry service and beach cleanliness need significant improvement. Overall, a good experience but with important concerns.

It is a new hotel and could be a very nice hotel but there are things that still need to be done before anybody would want to stay there. We stayed in a room with no phone and no clock no view and windows that couldn’t even open.. There’s nothing to do. They do offer a free ferry to get to the other side of the island where things are happening. They have no bike rental no ability to set up tours. The local Bliss beach is closed from Monday through Thursday. It is a beachfront property that is covered in sarcasm so you can’t use the beach anyway. they have a nice pool. It is as if they opened too soon they have condos. They are called the blue Zen which does you know good at the hotel the condos have a fitness center, kayaks, other activities, but the hotel has nothing. If you like room service, there is none. If you’d like to watch anything on Netflix or prime good luck. They have a small restaurant out on the dock we had two breakfast there one was OK and one was good. Even if you get a good deal on Expedia, I would wait till this hotel has better amenities before I would look at ever staying there again. No fault to the staff. They were awesome. They were communicating with me on WhatsApp because we didn’t have any kind of phone system to communicate on. They have a beach towel that you can use while you’re there that was nice. in all reality if I come back to the island, I will stay on the southside.
Bad season for sarcasm. They are out there trying to dig it out and haul it off but it’s a huge problem.

Brand new, clean and very comfortable. A special thanks to all the reception staff who were warmly welcoming, unfailingly cheerful and always helpful. Hotel is away from the 'action', but there is a free, fairly regular ferry to the centre across the Split. And a lovely roof terrace with bar and restaurant to watch the sunset from.
