Check in staff was outstanding- cared about answering all my questions and setting realistic expectation about lack of things open in Eastport.
The morning coffee bar was great. Free coffee, reasonably priced breakfasts food and friendly helpful staff.

upgraded our one night stay to a suite, we were thrilled! Debbie at the front desk also was very helpful and kind!

The room was beautiful. Morning coffee was delicious. The staff at the front desk were awesome. House cleaning was average as we had to hunt her down 1 day to get our towels. I wish there was a business area with a printer for guest use.

If the Greek YAMAS RESTAURANT is one of your amenities, the atmosphere is like a cafeteria with food prices that match the expectations of a five star restaurant soThere needs to be a shape up of the people that work there very rude we went to prime&ember Great staff very accommodating, great atmosphere.
